Your home is usually your biggest single investment and your driveway is a major part of that investment. As the price of oil and asphalt continue to rise, maintaining your driveway is a wise choice. To replace your driveway will surely cost thousands of dollars while sealcoating costs just pennies per square foot. Periodic sealcoating will add curb appeal to your home and nearly double the life of your driveway.
Do you Brush or spray the sealer on my driveway?
All of our residential clients driveways are BRUSH APPLIED. While this method is more labor intensive, our goal is to provide the highest level of service possible. Brushing will leave more sealer on the pavement verses spraying. Our commercial projects are typically sprayed and usually receive two to three coats of sealer as they experience a greater volume of traffic. One coat of brush applied sealer is more than addaquate for a typical residential driveway.
Do you put sand in the sealer?
YES. All of our work both residential and commercial will have sand mixed into the sealer. Sand is very important as will give traction and durability to the sealer. Do not seal your driveway without sand!
Do you use water or oil based sealer?
In simplest terms we use a water based sealer, though this is not the true classification of the material.
Will you repair cracks and damaged areas of my driveway?
Depending on the type and quantity of cracking we will make suggestions as to wheather or not crack filling or repairs are necessary.
